All items are sold where-is, as-is. All merchandise is on display for inspection at our facility at Merchants Square Mall, 1901 So. 12th Street, Allentown, PA 18103 every Friday Noon-9, Saturday 10-7 & Sunday 10-5, it is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the merchandise as we have a no return policy. All US coins & Autographed items may be sent out for authentication under the following terms: 1.) Successful bidder pays for item. 2.) Item never leaves custody of K.D.Smith Auctions prior to its submission for authentication to ANACS or SGC If coin is certified as authentic by ANACS or the autograph by SGC the successful bidder pays for authentication service, insurance & shipping cost related to said authentication service.
