All lots are currently on display for inspection & bidding at our auction gallery at Merchants Square Mall, 1901 So. 12th Street, Allentown, PA 18103. Hours: Fridays 10-7 (use rear door, door A3 for entry before 12 Noon as the Mall does not open until noon on Fridays), Saturdays 10-5 & Sundays 10-4. Although this is not a traditional live auctions it works like one. We start ending the bidding at 11 AM the last Saturday of every month. It takes approx. 3 hours to end the bidding on all the items. We have a system in place that will allow you to bid on any and all the items you are interested in until you are the high bidder or decide that you don't want to bid any more. It is hard to envision if you have never been here, but easily understood once you see it in practice, a process we have been Using successfully for 24 years TERMS & CONDITIONS: Visa/MC/Discover, Certified Funds, Cash 18% Buyers Premium, Discounted 3% for Cash or Certified Funds (will accept Personal & Business Checks but will hold merchandise until check clears, 18% Buyers Premium applies) All lots offered are described and/or graded by the consignor and K.D. All merchandise is on display for inspection and it is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the merchandise as we have a no return policy. To insure authenticity of your purchase of US coins, autographed items and sports cards you may choose to have them sent out for authentication under the following terms: 1. Successful bidder pays for item. 2. Item never leaves custody of K.D.Smith Auctions prior to its submission for authentication to ANACS, SGC or PSA If coin is determined to be not authentic by ANACS or the autograph or sports card is determined to be not authentic by SGC OR PSA the successful bidder will be refunded the complete purchase price excluding authentication service. If items is deemed authentic successful bidder pays all fees.

You have 2 weeks to pay for and pick up your purchases. Pick up is by appointment only. You may call or stop in to set up an appointment. Our normal store hours are Friday 10-7 (use rear door, door A3, for entry before 12 Noon as the Mall does not open until noon on Fridays), Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 10-4. If shipping is required and the item or items you are interested in are larger than what would fit a USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail box call (610-797-1770) to insure shipping availability prior to bidding. Buyer pays all related shipping cost and insurance.(K.D. Smith Auctions Son normally ships USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail and UPS unless otherwise instructed by the buyer). The handling fee is determined by the size of your purchase and packaging material required to ship your item or items. Our normal handling fee for USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail is $5.00 per box. If you required a fire arm shipped to an FFL liciensed dealer add $25.00 to the purchase price.
